Day of Coordinating
$1250 - $1500
On your wedding day we will be by your side, making sure that all the moving parts come together seamlessly. From orchestrating the ceremony and reception setup to coordinating with vendors, we will handle it all. Allowing you, your fiancé, and your families to enjoy every moment of this special day.
We will work closely with you leading up to your wedding day, gathering all the details and creating a detailed timeline. This will ensure that everyone involved- from the wedding party to the vendors- knows exactly where to be and when. And it is all personally tailored to your vision and specific wants for your day. We will communicate with and manage all your contracted vendors. We will be there the day or evening of your rehearsal to run, and assist with decor the day of and/or the day before your beautiful day. A Day of Coordinator wears many hats, too many to write about here!But we guarantee you will not be sorry you have us on this, one of the most important days of your life!
Florals
$2500 Minimum
Nikki is an experienced floral designer with over 20 years of design experience and more than half of those years spent specifically in the wedding industry. Creating your dream floral vision would be our pleasure. You can add this service to either of our other packages at any price. If you are looking for our floral services alone, we have a $2500 minimum. Please reach out and set up a time to chat with Nikki to discuss your vision and design and receive a free quote.

Partial Planning
$1600 - $2000
Are you looking to take some of the stress out of planning your wedding? Our Partial planning package is the perfect solution. We will assist you in navigating the planning process and make sure that no important detail is overlooked. Working closely with you from the beginning of the planning process to understand your vision, and your specific requirements for your event. We will recommend vendors, provide guidance and ideas to ensure your event is tailored to your preferences. Throughout the process we will schedule regular check ins, to do lists, and over all encouragement during the entire planning process, I promise we will be the best of friends! We will follow it all up with coordination of the event day as your day of coordinators. Ensuring the day runs as smoothly as possible!
